Karl S. Gill
Managing Director
Karl is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has owned the business for 23 years. Karl was the Director of International Pacific College in Palmerston North for 16 years. Karl loves education and recognises the importance of instilling curiosity in young minds. He takes a personal interest in all his people and appreciates the importance of providing the best quality, cost effectively through good people. As a Senior Executive for many years Karl has noted the shortcomings of cleaning contractors and is committed to the continual improvement of results through staff training and development. He strongly believes that effective supervision is the fundamental key to success Karl has been intimately involved with the commercial sector in New Zealand for almost 2 decades and in local and national Government for further 10 years before that. He has a thorough understanding of different businesses and the ever changing challenges they face and he is well versed in the needs of clients.
Simran Gill
General Manager
Simran has a vast amount of experience with companies in New Zealand. Simran has a great eye for detail and is very systematic and rationale in the way he organises and delivers cleaning and related services. Simran is committed to Kaizen. Simran has carried out all the specialists cleaning hands on and understands difficult cleaning issues. Simran is obsessed with health and hygiene with particular emphasis on cleaning in high risk areas including operational food serving and consumption areas. He continually checks to ensure that staff understand the importance of disinfecting, sanitising and the sequence of processes to ensure effective results to minimise risk. He will minimise the chances of cross contamination. Simran also ensures that staff understand and apply chemicals in a safe and effective manner for infection and other disease control. The dilution ratios of chemicals and the applications techniques and methods are imperative for effective control of infections and disease.
Simran is also KSG’s trouble-shooter who resolves complex issues within 24 hours. Simran has access to the very latest cleaning technology in the United States and Australia. Simran will resolve any issues systematically and quickly. He will provide the critical eye to ensure that the specifications we at KSG undertake are provided to you using the most advanced methods.
Erina Browne
Quality Manager
Erina has numerous years experience in the service and cleaning Industries. She is systematic and rationale approach. Erina clearly understands specifications and client needs. She is objective and independent and can identify issues very quickly and is able to report and rectify defects effectively and quickly. Erina has a unique ability to identify and resolve all types of issues. She remains objective while carrying out her audits.
Wilson George
Finance and Administration Director
Wilson has vast experience in Finance and Administration with very large companies overseas. He ensures that the Company forms strategic alliances and performs work based on our long-term plan and strategy of the Board, in a sustainable way. He ensures that all risks including Operational financial, Business ,Health and safety ,IT and other business are managed effectively .He is well versed with Continuous improvement strategies. Wilson has to ensure that we fully embrace systems such as Lean, Six Sigma and practical problem solving within our organization to ensure continuous process improvement. These systems are capable of providing KSG with the opportunity to meet and then surpass the challenge of competitors. A philosophy of continuous process improvement enables KSG to cultivate a process-oriented way of thinking and developing strategies that assure continuous improvement involving people at all levels of the organizational hierarchy. Wilson ensures that all staff understand our mission goals and objectives. He ensure that the plans, policies and procedures relating to financial and other performance are up to date and realistic. He is also responsible for budgets and monitoring overall performance to budgets. He ensures that for KSG conceptually Quality means staying in business , making a profit. Provision of quality is the focus for longer-term company survival. He ensures that defects in products and service delivery are rectified to eliminate the possibility of unsatisfied customers and that complete customer knowledge enhances our ability to correct external problems and repair internal processes. He knows that our point of difference is clear in all dealings with clients. Our Marketing strategies and pricing models rely on sustainable goals in a competitive environment. He keeps a continual tab on the market share and competition. He continually analyses the performance of the company for all the various sectors and ensure that we focus on sustainable and profitable sectors of the Industry.
Wilson ensures full Legislative compliance including managing the legislative compliance risk. He is involved in setting targets for the various sub sectors and people in the business.
